Ex-Way Fittings & Components
Busway Fittings & Configurations
LS Busway Ex-way has a wide range of fittings to satisfy any building layout. Elbow angles greater or
less than 90° are also available upon request. Fitting designs consist of source-side and load-side.
Offset or combination elbows can be used where standard elbows are not feasible.
Dimensions for each fitting are shown below (inch/mm).

High Power Density: Busway is designed to handle large power loads efficiently, making them suitable for high-density computing environments where numerous servers require significant power.
Improved Airflow: Since they eliminate the need for numerous power cables, busway create open spaces which enhance airflow around server racks, optimizing cooling efficiency.
Space Saving: Their compact design allows for more efficient use of data center floor space.
Scalability and adaptability: Busway sections can be easily added or rearranged to accommodate new equipment or production line adjustments without major rewiring, making it perfect for evolving industrial environments.
Quick installation: Busway is prefabricated and uses simple connection methods, significantly reducing installation time and labor costs compared to traditional wiring.
Direct power access: Plug-in units can be installed along the busway to provide direct power to individual machines or workstations, eliminating the need for long cable runs.
Modular design: Compared to cable trays filled with individual wires, busway takes up less space due to its compact, modular design.
Flexibility in layout: Busway can be easily configured to fit the specific layout of a high-rise building, with the ability to add or modify power taps as needed.
Easy maintenance: Busway systems typically have accessible components, allowing for straightforward maintenance and repairs.
Safety features: Most busway systems are designed with safety features like enclosed conductors, minimizing the risk of electrical hazards.
